Tiny Dispatch is an offline puzzle game published by THE REVENUE HOUSE LIMITED. This policy describes Tiny Dispatch specifically. For this game, it takes precedence over general descriptions of mobile applications in our company privacy policy, including descriptions of accounts, cloud sync, diagnostics, identifiers and workplace tools that do not apply to Tiny Dispatch.

Playing the game
Tiny Dispatch does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay data or device identifiers from the app. It does not require an account or internet connection. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, cloud sync, analytics, tracking or third-party crash-reporting service. It does not access your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or advertising identifier.
Information saved on your device
The game stores unlocked shifts, stars, earned game coins, completed orders, daily challenge dates and streaks, and your audio, haptics and reduced motion settings locally on your device. These records make it possible to continue your progress and remember your preferences. They are not uploaded to us, and we do not sell or share them.
Local records remain in the app's storage until that storage is cleared. The operating system controls access to this storage. We do not maintain a server copy of your saved game, and we cannot read or restore records that exist only on your device.
Removing local data
To erase saved progress and preferences on Android, open your device's Settings, select Apps, then Tiny Dispatch, then Storage or Storage & cache, and choose Clear storage or Clear data. The labels can vary by device. Clearing this storage resets your progress and preferences and cannot be undone within the game. There is no Tiny Dispatch account to close or server profile to delete.
If you contact us
Contacting support is optional and happens outside the game. If you email enquiries@therevenuehouse.uk, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please send only what is needed to explain your question.
We use this correspondence to respond, investigate the issue and provide support. It is handled through our business email service, with access limited to people who need it for that purpose. Support threads are retained for up to 24 months after the thread closes, unless a longer period is required for a legal obligation or a live claim. You can use the same email address to ask about your correspondence or request its deletion; we will explain any record that must be retained and why.
Age group
Tiny Dispatch is intended for players aged 13 and above. It is not designed for children under 13 and does not ask players for their age or other personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information in a support message, they can contact us to request its removal.
The app store and this webpage
Google Play and your device's operating system provide their own services under their own privacy policies. This notice describes the Tiny Dispatch app and does not replace those policies.
When you read this policy on a website, the hosting service receives normal web request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the page. This is separate from playing the offline game. Reading the copy inside Tiny Dispatch does not send a web request.
Changes and questions
If Tiny Dispatch's data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date, update the in-app copy and the relevant store disclosures, and provide any notice or consent required before introducing the changed practice.
